41st District Conference 07-09th January, 2011 - Executive Club, Pilibhit Byepass Road, Bareilly
07th January, 2011 – Pre Arrival Dinner - 400 Rotarians participated in fellowship and dinner.
College of Governors – 14 Rotary International Officers participated in the meeting including RIP’s Rep. Rtn. Dileep R. Salgaokar, DGE Rtn. Arvind Srivastava, DGN Rtn. Laxmi Kant Bansal & DGN Rtn. Devendra Kr. Agarwal with 10 Past District Governors.
08th January, 2011 – Inaugural Session was started at 11:00 A.M., Garlanding on the portrait of Paul P. Harries by the Chief Guest Rtn. Shekhar Mehta RI Director alongwith RI Rep. PDG Dileep R. Salgaokar and other dignitaries.
Official welcome was made by Conference Chairman Dr. Ravi Mehra with garlanding to the dignitaries and district flag, RI flag and our national flag were hosted at the dais. Opening session were started by the DG, RI Rep gave blessings thereafter Chief Guest Rtn. Shekhar Mehta gave deliberation a Souvenir also release by the Chief Guest. Vote of thanks given by PDG Ram Narain Agarwal.
In the plenary session IPDG Dr. S.K. Raju had a talk on new members a need of time, PDG Rajiv Tandon on Save Water for Future Generation, A non stop journey of Rotary Foundation by PDG Dr. I.S. Tomer, The New Concept : Vocational Training Team by PDG Naresh Sood.
09th January, 2011 – Lighting of Lamp was done by Chief Guest Dr. Umakantanand Saraswatiji Maharaj and he gave his blessings and the Plenary Session PDG Ravi Prakash Agarwal on Public Image of Rotary, PDG Giriraj Saran Agarwal on Youth : The need of future, Rtn. A.C. Peter on Gift of Life gave their deliberations, DGN Laxmi Kant Bansal on Share Rotary with Club Leadership Plan and DGN Devendra Kumar Agarwal on Rotary Moto “Service Above Self”, thereafter RIP Rep. PDG Dilip Salgaokar gave their beautiful impression, DG announced the DGN Devendra Kumar Agarwal and vote of thanks by Conference Secretary Rtn. Dinesh Goyal.
