DISTRICT SEMINAR ON MEMBERSHIP DEVELOPMENT & RETENTION HOSTED BY ROTARY CLUB OF NEW KANPUR ON 12TH December 2010 at Ganges Club, Kanpur.
District Seminar was hosted by our club Rotary club of New Kanpur and was a huge success with vibrant and motivating deliberation of PDG Rtn.Mayur VYas, Chief Guest and Keynote Speaker in the Seminar and it was a real pleasure to have Rtn.Vyas from R.I.District 3060, he is also Rotary Coordinator for Rajasthan and Gujarat and great speaker and motivator. He gave a Presentation that covered almost all the aspects of Rotary and its working. District Governor Rtn.P.P.Singh ji was there to coordinate the Program and it was great to work in his coordination and under his guidance, DG motivated all Rotarians present to implement the idea of EACH ONE GIVE ONE, each present Rotarian should give one more Rotarian to the club to make it stronger. The Seminar was the brainwork of our Charter President and Seminar Chairperson Rtn. Vinod Rishi, she welcomed the Dignitaries and Rotarians present from different clubs. President Rtn.Amit Jindal gave away gifts and Mementos to PDGs and District Officials present. We were honored by presence of PDG Rtn.Jugal Kishore, Rtn.B.K.Shriya, Rtn. Chander Rishi (Club Trainer), Rtn.Rajeev Tandon, DGN Rtn.Laxmikant Bansal, DGE Rtn.Arvind Srivastava, Rtn.Ravi Prakash Agarwal(District Trainer), Rtn.Shirish Gupta(District Secretary). The Prize of Maximum Participation from Local club and best Banner was won by Rotary club Brahmavarta and outstation Rotary clubs of Bareilly and Unnao and Kannauj and Kashipur were present to grace the occasion. Second edition of Club Magazine- PLEDGE, was presented by our editors Rtn.Anurag Gupta and Rtn.Pankaj Gupta. And to promote Membership and to make the occasion more special, 5 New Members were introduced and DG presented them Rotary Pin. Vote of Thanks was given by Seminar Co-Chairman and our President Elect Rtn.Prabhat Jain.
