On 30th September 2010, club mission to provide relief to flood affected regions of Kanpur and adjoining villages, took up a massive campaign in much affected Shukla Ganj area with partners Rotary Club Kanpur Green and took a truck load of food packets and other dry snacks and breads and other necessary items and distributed in the water logged regions of Unnao, Azad Nagar, Shukla Ganj(Main) and other regions on Ganga Katri upto Bairaj, thousands of people were trapped in waist high waters and boats were used at some regions. Our dedicated team of Rtn.Anurag Gupta, Rtn.Preeti Gupta, Rtn.Pankaj Gupta, Rtn.Mukesh Jain, Rtn.Prabhat Jain and President RCKG Rtn.Mahesh Gupta along with Ann.Rama Jindal and Ann.Sushila Devi started the process early in day and continued till evening and covering distance of 10 km along Ganga Katri and Shukla Ganj.
