MPHF Rtn. Pushp Pal Singh was born on 5th September 1960. His father Shri Ishwari Prasad is a Retd. Principal, Bharat Sewak Samaj Inter College (Bareilly). After Diploma from Govt. School of Architecture, Lucknow in 1982, worked with M/S Sen & Lall Architects & Engineers in Patna from 1982-1987. Currently he is running a successful Architectural & Engineering firm Design Views and real estate development firm Dreams Associates in Bareilly.
He joined rotary in 1989 as a member of Rotary Club of Bareilly North. He served the club as President in 1994-95, and awarded by the district as Outstanding President. For his devotion commitment & consistency he got honored at International & district level. In the year 2001-02 he was President of his club again. During his tenure he increased club membership by 800%. He was honored as Global Quest World Winner by Rotary International at its international convention held in Barcelona Spain on 24 June 2002. RC of Bareilly North was placed first in Rotary Global Quest Worldwide membership Development. This distinguished achievement was also recorded in Limca Book of Records in 2004 edition. At district level Distinguished Service Award for Community service & twelve awards from district including Presidential citation 2001-2002.
At district level, he served as Pulse Polio Revenue district coordinator. Chairman Youth Exchange, District Joint Secretary, Assistant Governor, Member District Nominating Committee District Secretary, Director Water Management Task Force, District Intercity Chairman, Chairman Rotary Extension, Governor Aide etc. He attended R.I. Presidential Polio Summit in Vigyan Bhawan New Delhi 2004 & R.I. Goodwill Submit 2006-07 in New Delhi. He attended Rotary International Convention with his wife Rtn. Malti Singh in Barcelona Spain in June 2002 & Rotary International Convention in Chicago in 2005. Attended Rotary International Convention in Birmingham England in year 2009. He has also organized four Clubs as G.S.R. He was honored by R.I Rep. Rtn. Allen Frumkin at district conference Mathura, in 2002 for Maximum Membership Growth. He organized maximum Intercity meets (18) in district as Distt. Intercity Meet chairman in 2006-07.
He is associated with many social organizations. He was elected as Director of U.P cooperative housing Federation Ltd Lucknow for Bareilly & Kumaun region in 1997 and again for Bareilly & Moradabad Region, in 2006. Presently he is National President of Akhil Bhartiya Kurmi Kshatriya Maha Sabha, (Youth Wing). Pattern & Executive Committee Member of Adarsh Maha Vidhyalaya Nawabganj. Member of Management Committee of Jamuna Prasad Memorial Degree College, Bhojipura, State Vice President of Special Olympic Bharat, Member Jila Saksharta Samiti Bareilly, District President Kurmi Kshatriya Sabha, Bareilly, Member Citizen Charter Bareilly Development Authority Bareilly, Life Member-Bharat Krishak Samaj, Bareilly, Treasurer-Bhart Sewak Samaj Inter College, Bareilly, Vice President-Engineers & Planners Association, Bareilly, State President Nagar Vikas Samiti Bareilly Uttar Pradesh.
He is happily married to Malti Singh on 22nd feb 1980. She is member of Rotary and President of Inner wheel club of Bareilly New North and blessed with three children elder daughter Roli Rathore is Master in Architecture, working in Delhi, younger daughter Pooja Singh, Son Mohit Singh has passed class 12th. All the family members are PHF. His younger brother Rtn. R.P. Singh is past President of Rotary Club of Bareilly Mahan.
